Quality management and certificates

For Grüninger, a high standard of quality is the utmost goal. Our quality management, for example, with its thorough lab analyses on all levels of products contributes to this. Moreover, experts sample the semi-finished and finished products at Grüninger on a regular basis.

Quality and hygiene are stressed here at our company. During the production process the nutritionally important substances in the raw materials must be preserved. Therefore, we work exclusively in accordance with the latest knowledge and with state-of-the-art technologies and manufacturing facilities.

Certifications

The certifications in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 document the great importance we attach to product safety and traceability. All production processes are completely monitored and the quality-relevant data recorded around the clock.

The automatic EAN-conformed ticketing of bars of margarine and pallets also supports the rigorous tracking of the flow of goods and traceability. The HACCP “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points”, integrated into the managing system according to ISO 22000, defines which measures are to be taken for optimal product safety.
