Sauce fat

Whipping cream fat

Grüninger whipping cream fat boasts extremely good whipping properties, excellent foam stability and outstanding melting properties. We thus provide an ideal solution in various flavours for whipping creams of all varieties.

Frying fat

Grüninger deep-frying fat has unique characteristics which make it perfect for shallow-frying baked goods and deep-frying savoury foods: Long deep-frying times are possible with low fat absorption by the fried goods. Furthermore, Grüninger deep-frying fat proves its worth thanks to the fact that it melts quickly in the deep fat fryer, and, as the fat comes in slices, the fryer can be replenished easily and hygienically.

Fat flakes

Our fat flakes are a cut above the rest thanks to their wide range of possible uses in catering, bakeries and the food industry, and the fact that they are easy-to-dose without forming lumps. Without additives (clean label), and available in various vegetable fat or animal fat varieties, the fat flakes are perfect for using in soups, stock cubes, sauces, cake mixtures and ready-made meals.
